Threaded Galvanized Tubes With Couplers

Galvanized pipe with thread at both ends is a kind of pipe fitting widely used at present, which has many processing methods.
1) Forging and pressing method: the end or part of the pipe shall be punched and stretched with the die forging machine, so that the outer diameter of galvanized pipe at both ends can be reduced.
2) Stamping method: the tube end is expanded to the required size and shape on a punch with a tapered core.
3) Rolling method: generally do not use mandrel, both ends of the wire galvanized pipe suitable for thick wall tube inside the round edge.
