hot-dipped galvanizing layer is formed in three steps under the condition of high temperature liquid zinc:
1. The surface of the iron base is dissolved by zinc solution to form a zinc-ferroalloy phase layer;
2. Zinc ions in the alloy layer further diffuse to the matrix to form zinc-iron miscible layer;
3. The surface of the alloy layer envelops the zinc layer.
